Rosemann & Associates, P.C. is pleased to announce their selection as Architect for the rehabilitation of the Chemical Building, Downtown St. Louis. This historic Chicago School style skyscraper, located at 721 Olive Street, was designed by Henry Ives Cobb in 1896. Standing over sixteen stories tall, its use of bay windows provides spectacular street vistas. With both terra cotta and cast-iron detailing, the Chemical building is a St. Louis gem.

The building's renovation will include 207 studio and one-bedroom apartments, varying in size from 340 to 690 square feet. Amenities will offer lounge and bar-speakeasy, boxing gym, and maker space. Restoration of the exterior and interior will enhance the historic character of the building, while contemporary detailing will create a modern living environment.
