The development is the third joint venture between Confluent Senior Living and Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA) and serves as their first project in the Tennessee market. When complete, the 114,450-square-foot luxury community will house three stories of 123 units with 86 assisted living and 37 memory care apartments in a mix of studio, and one- and two-bedroom suites, all situated on more than three-acres.
