Springs at Knapp’s Crossing is a market rate, gated apartment community situated in Grand Rapids, Michigan on eight acres of woods with a pond offering 248 total units including Studio, 1, 2- & 3- bedroom apartment homes in twelve, two-story apartment buildings. Springs at Knapps Crossing  (video courtesy of Rohde Construction).

Rosemann & Associates, P.C. worked with prototype unit and building plans that allowed the residents to have private entries, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, in-home washers and dryers, ceiling fans and attached or detached garages, an open-concept floor plan with 9’ ceilings and an abundance of natural light.

The Community was designed for pet lovers with the incorporation of two off leash fenced dog parks and a pet wash area attached to the car wash area.

Springs at Knapp’s Crossing features a community building that incorporates a 24-hour fitness center with a large, glass garage door opening to the outdoor patio, a community room with kitchenette and an in-ground swimming pool and patio with a barbecue.

Congratulations to the project team of Continental Properties – Owner, Rohde Construction – General Contractor, Devita & Associates, Inc.– Engineering Firm, Progressive AE – Civil Engineers, and the Rosemann & Associates, P.C. Architectural Team in Kansas City including Tony DiMartino, Dave Hendrikse, Daniel Nagati, and Scott Rosemann.
