Rosemann & Associates, P.C. announces the commencement of HarborChase of Cordova, a new luxury retirement community located in the east Memphis suburb of Cordova, Tennessee at 1600 Appling Road. Rosemann will serve as both the project architect and structural engineer. 

Co-developers Denver-based Confluent Senior Living and Florida-based Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA) are soon to begin development. The community, the second for the partnership in the east Memphis area, will have 144 studio, one- and two- bedroom units in a 158,296-square-foot, three-story space. HRA will manage the community of 60 independent living, 50 assisted living and 34 memory care units.
