Merriam, KS: Construction progress is visible at Switzer Senior Villas, a new affordable housing development for seniors ages 55 or better, at the southeast corner of West 71st Street and Switzer Road in Merriam, Kansas. Rosemann & Associates, P.C. architects are giving special attention to the details of this community, specifically designed for an independent, maintenance-assisted lifestyle in an active neighborhood setting.

Once complete, Switzer Senior Villas will include 10 total resident buildings with 45 total units. Residence can choose from a mix of one- or two-bedroom floor plans and enjoy many amenities including a 2,040 square foot clubhouse with community space, fitness center, and kitchen. Other conveniences include connectivity to the nearby walking trails, bocce ball court, and fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven and microwave.
