Dave began his professional career in architecture in 1985 after receiving two degrees from the University of Kansas. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architectural Engineering from the School of Engineering and is a licensed architect in the state of Missouri.
He serves as Vice-President of the firm and understands all the disciplines required during the design and construction of the built environment. He coordinates and integrates the requirements for architecture, interior design, mechanical, plumbing, structural and electrical systems for cost effective, functional facilities. He knows how projects come together and also serves as Project manager overseeing some of our most challenging projects.
Dave’s experience with various construction delivery methods, including Design/Build, Construction Management and “fast-track,” ensures owners of a level of expertise necessary for the successful completion of the project.
His experience in specific market types includes multi-family, commercial, fleet maintenance facilities, warehouse/distribution, manufacturing facilities, educational facilities, (public, private, secondary, and university), industrial facilities, and government/military projects. Dave also has specialized expertise in the design of cold storage facilities with multiple temperature zones.
