Edward English vCard

Edward English joined Rosemann & Associates in 1993 when the firm had just four staff members. Over the years, Edward has had the opportunity to design and follow through the construction process. Skilled at incorporating the client’s needs into the design, Edward’s excellent communication and project management skills enable him to interpret designs into functional an appealing facilities.

Edward has an extensive understanding of the building code and has helped write many of the project management procedures used at Rosemann. Edward’s specialty is managing the design process and coordinating the many aspects of complex projects. As Project Manager, Edward balances the practicality and the affordability of design. Over the past 20 years, he has led design teams from design through the construction on multiple project types, including commercial, historic, multi-family, senior housing, and community-activity facilities.

Edward maximizes the design with budget requirements and consistently delivers to the client on time and within the budget. He envisions options and ideas to synergize with the surrounding environment and incorporates human scale, visibility, pedestrian approach, signage, way finding, an urban infill to reflect and respect the historic integrity of buildings.

Many of the projects Edward has been involved with have included financing provided by various City, State, and Federal agencies. The understanding of these requirements and the time requirements of these agencies is critical for the on time delivery of these various projects.
