Dave Hendrikse serves as Vice-President of Rosemann & Associates, P.C. where he is responsible for coordinating and integrating the requirements for architecture, interior design, mechanical, plumbing, structural and electrical systems for cost effective, functional facilities. He is also responsible for the quality control reviews of project documents for the Company. He understands the disciplines required during the design and construction of the built environment.
Dave’s experience with various construction delivery methods, including Design/Build, Construction Management and “fast-track,” ensures Owners the level of expertise necessary for the successful completion projects.
His experience in specific market types includes multi-family, senior living, commercial, fleet maintenance facilities, warehouse/distribution, manufacturing facilities, educational facilities, (public, private, secondary, and university), industrial facilities, and government/military projects. Dave also has specialized expertise in the design of cold storage facilities with multiple temperature zones.
Dave began his professional career in architecture in 1985 after receiving two degrees from the University of Kansas where he holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architectural Engineering from the School of Engineering. He is a licensed architect in the state of Missouri.
In his free time, Dave enjoys helping to grant wishes to sick children through the Make-a-Wish foundation. He also likes to think he is still 20 years old by embracing the active senior lifestyle, playing in over 50 senior softball games each summer. He has served his fraternity as the President of the Housing Corporation and currently serves on the Kansas City Metro Senior Softball League’s Board of Directors.
