President and CEO
Don founded the firm in 1987 and from its inception set high standards for ethics, professionalism, responsiveness, and design detail. His leadership is evidenced by the significant number of clients and employees who have worked together for decades. His passion for excellence and drive has taken the firm from one employee and one drafting table to include over 1,000 projects completed in over 30 states and the establishment of four offices – Denver, Kansas City, St. Louis, and Atlanta.
Don exceeds clients' expectations by going the extra mile – while others boast on-time and on-budget performance, Don continues to strive to beat deadlines and budget goals while maintaining high quality. Very simply, he treats clients as family. His extraordinary depth of knowledge of the development process goes well beyond the role of a traditional architect and affords Rosemann's clients added value by sharing his expertise in complex financing structures, government relations, and compliance requirements.
Don holds two degrees in Architecture, is licensed to practice Architecture in over 30 states, is a licensed Commercial Interior Designer, and holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) certificate. Active in professional and civic affairs, Don is a member of the NCARB, the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and has devoted countless hours to a variety of charitable organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, and other national and local non-profit organizations. He is an active member and former Executive Board Member of Missouri Workforce Housing Association and is a Life Member Eagle Scout of the Boy Scouts of America.
He maintains close ties with clients and members of development teams on the projects undertaken by the firm and has attracted bright young talent as well as retaining experienced and accomplished professionals whose collaboration brings about the best possible result for Rosemann's clients.
