Erin Wright vCard

Erin Wright, RA, LEED® AP joins Rosemann & Associates, P.C. with more than 14 years of specific expertise in the multifamily and commercial sectors and brings an abundance of design experience with her.

Erin is a registered architect, LEED® Accredited Professional and served as a board member for the St. Louis Cultural Resources Office Preservation Board. She is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree.

Erin was previously a project manager for Capital Consultants, where she reviewed architectural plans and specifications and performed construction progress inspections, as well as analysis of physical needs inspections focusing primarily on multifamily/senior living developments. Prior to joining Capital Consultants Inc. in 2010, Erin served as Vice President of Design for Checkmate Design. Checkmate Design developed student housing and multifamily market rate developments, which included residents of a variety of ages with amenities targeted to a broad range of community residents.

Her experience at Rosemann & Associates, P.C. includes project management and project architect duties, including design realization and implementation, assisting with project goals, deadlines, and fee determination, management of document production, coordination of consultant documents, including structural engineering, MEP engineering, landscape architect engineering, low voltage engineering, and more. Erin provides support and quality control and internal plan review, as well as progress inspections and reports, and a variety of construction administration duties.

Erin has delivered project management services on Tapestry at Woodland Hills in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a 140-unit independent senior living facility and Crown Center in St. Louis, Missouri a 170-unit independent senior living. Both projects included site and program planning, expansion and renovation of existing spaces, and many resident service and amenity spaces.

Other projects that Erin has managed include affordable and market rate multifamily projects in St. Louis city and county, including both renovation and new construction scopes of work.

Erin’s professional affiliations are St. Louis Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), USGBC Missouri Gateway Chapter Green Schools Committee, and Women in Architecture St. Louis.
