Scott is responsible for the corporate governance of the Firm in his role as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Scott is responsible for the day to day operations, management, fiscal strength, and performance of the Company. He has oversight of all staffing decisions, project management, project budgeting, office expense budgeting, accounting, and will also serve as the central Firm communication hub.

Scott joined Rosemann & Associates, P.C. in 2008 to expand our service offerings to include architecture, interior design, planning and structural engineering. The inclusion of structural engineering services has allowed Rosemann to offer a level of service, coordination, responsiveness and thoroughness not previously available. The communication and interaction between Scott and our designers allows structural systems and design to seamlessly merge providing a superior final project.

Scott’s extensive experience on a wide variety of project types and sizes brings an expertise to the company that is greatly valued. Scott brings design and project management experience on projects that include multifamily housing, senior housing, student life, schools, hospitals, parking garages, commercial shopping centers, and historic renovations. These projects have successfully used structural steel frames, load bearing CMU, light-framed wood systems, light gauge metal systems, as well as cast-in-place and precast concrete systems. On each of his projects, Scott is involved in all phases of the design and construction administration. He believes that the upfront involvement of the structural engineer creates a more integrated and successful project.

Scott holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Architectural Engineering degree from the University of Wyoming, and is licensed to practice in multiple states. Scott is also very active in the Structural Engineering Institute of ASCE. He currently serves on the national Business Practice Committee, as well as the ASCE/SEI Standard 7-16 Main Committee. Outside of work, he is active in a variety of local charitable organizations, his cities’ Board of Code Appeals Committee, and is a Life Member Eagle Scout of the Boy Scouts of America.
