The Sigma Pi Fraternity House at Drury University combines the programmatic requirements of a residential structure with those of a more social community space into one seamless home for up to 28 young men and a House Father’s residence.

The house features a wealth of interior architectural detail adapted from the original historic structure that previously housed the fraternity. The exterior architectural detailing works in conjunction with the scale and texture of surrounding buildings. This allows the structure to fit perfectly within the context of the Drury University residential community.
