The four-story walk-up building incorporates durable exterior materials including brick and fiber cement siding, creating an attractive architectural character while emphasizing long-term performance and reduced maintenance. The development also features 61 surfaceparking spaces, providing convenient access for residents and visitors.
Sustainability was also an important consideration throughout the project. The community includes ENERGY STAR® appliances and was designed to meet Georgia Department of Community Affairs sustainability requirements, helping improve energy efficiency while reducing long-term operating costs.
