Congratulations Papa and Mama Foster on the arrival of their baby girl, Sybil Rose Foster! Justin, a licensed architect at Rosemann’s Denver, Colorado office and his wife Lauren are wonderfully blessed to announce the birth of their first child. Justin is happy to say, “everyone is healthy and happy!”
She weighed 7 lbs 14 oz and was 21 inches long!
