Rosemann’s staff loves sharing knowledge and it is committed to nurturing the architects of tomorrow. On April 24th, Rosemann St. Louis was excited to host Gina Newell, a senior at Parkway South High School, Manchester, MO (pictured above from left to right: Daniel Tynes, Brittany Kampschroeder, Gina Newell, Kent Hoynacki, and Nancy Rodney).
As Gina gears up for college and explores career alternatives, her visit to Rosemann helped her to gain great insight into the field of architecture. The day started with exploring the office space, along with a one on one informational session with each team member discussing his/her role and the essential training that is key to job success.
The process of design and construction, project types, sustainability in architecture, software, including BIM, creating renderings and client and consultant relationships were just a few of the key topics discussed.
“It was a great opportunity for me to learn about the fundamentals of a fast-growing architectural firm,” explained Gina.
Thank you, Gina for visiting Rosemann! We wish you the absolute best as you pursue college next year!
