The massive 22,000 square foot Mansion was the jewel of the property. The farm is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Congratulations to Rau Construction and everyone at Rosemann & Associates, P.C., Sunflower Development Group and Rosin Preservation on Blenheim School Apartments being voted as ‘1st Runner Up Finalist for Historic Preservation’ by Kansas City Associated General Contractors, as featured in the The Builders’ Association, Modern Builder Magazine!
Blenheim School began construction in 1924 and was built in phases over several years. The building was closed by the Kansas City Public Schools in 2009 and put up for sale through the repurposing program. The size and configuration of the classrooms lended well to adaptive reuse as multi‐family housing. In 2018, the historic three-story brick school building was completely re-imagined and repurposed into Blenheim School Apartments, a charming affordable senior living facility with 52 units, along with a large common area, community room with a kitchen, movie theater and fitness facility.
