Atlanta, GA – Kristy LaRose has joined Rosemann & Associates, P.C. as Director of Business Development in a new role at our office in Atlanta, Georgia. Kristy is charged with driving new business and promoting services throughout Atlanta and the Southeast region, as well as sustaining existing clientele. With demonstrated capabilities, Kristy collaborates with Rosemann’s Denver, Kansas City and St. Louis teams to further build the firm’s presence while continuing Rosemann’s tradition of exemplary customer service.
A results-oriented leader, Kristy has over two decades of experience with selling, supporting, developing, and managing business in the architectural, engineering and construction arena. Most recently, her focus has been in the Metro-Atlanta multifamily and commercial real estate industry where she has represented a diverse group of service-based companies within the design and construction field. This experience affords her the unique advantage of an extremely versatile network and good understanding of all aspects within the real estate development process. Kristy is constantly inspired to learn, grow, and provide the best trust-based service to her customers while making a positive impact on the built environment and people-centric interior/exterior spaces.

Active with industry organizations, Kristy has volunteered, held committee roles, and completed leadership programs with Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and Urban Land Institute (ULI) out of Atlanta. Kristy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University in Ohio before making Atlanta home in 1999. In her free time, Kristy enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, two dogs and two cats. You can always find her appreciating the outdoors, venturing to the beach as often as possible and staying in touch with friends!
