St. Louis, MO: We are pleased to announce the recent hiring of Amy Niemeyer. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and an emphasis in Interior Design. At Mizzou University, she was one of five presenters in the Race to Zero competition in Golden, Colorado, where her group won 2nd place designing a single-family affordable housing project.
Prior to joining Rosemann’s architectural team, Amy was employed as a designer at an architectural firm in Wisconsin, as well as in Missouri, where she designed and generated construction documents and illustrations for large scale senior living communities, managed and produced drawings for high-end residential homes, prepared architectural documents from schematic design through completion, and coordinated with clients and contractors all hard surface products, plumbing hardware, and interior finishes for the bidding process.
Since joining Rosemann, Amy continues to advance her experience coordinating every aspect of designing a project including:
- Researching site analysis, zoning regulations, and building codes
- Utilizing many programs including Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, MicroStation, Rhino, Sketchup, and 3D Studio Max

Amy is currently pursuing her architectural licensure in the State of Missouri. Outside the office, Amy has a strong interest in equestrian, biophilic design, art, and photography. Welcome to Rosemann Amy!
