Sheboygan, WI: Rosemann staff joined Missouri-based Green Street Real Estate Ventures, ARCO Construction Company, Inc., and other project partners, dignitaries, and guests on Friday, October 29th to celebrate the official Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening of The Oscar, a beautiful redevelopment of a 17.5-acre site located in the heart of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, formerly occupied by the VanDerVart Concrete Company (once known as the Oscar Zimbal Brick Co.). A new Kwik Trip and a 1.5 acre lot is a redevelopment opportunity soon to be identified.
The recently constructed site is now transformed into a high-density, 240-unit apartment, 4-story housing and mixed-use suburban retreat, with 232 of those units economically priced for the workforce segment. The first residents moved in on Monday, November 1st. Rosemann worked closely with the ownership and build team to create a vibrant urban neighborhood feel, while integrating the best modern architectural features to match the coastal community of Sheboygan.

Luxury amenities include a 6,000 SF Community Building, which is a remodel of the previous office building, repurposing it for the needs of the staff and residents.
