Eric’s expertise spans various market sectors, including multi-family, hospitality, mixed-use, and K-12 projects. His hands-on approach to managing both new construction and renovation endeavors across the eastern United States showcases his adept leadership in design and project management initiatives. Eric’s proficiency with various design tools is exceptional, and his dedication to innovation is evident from his active involvement in BIM committees. In past roles, he played a pivotal role in developing and implementing Standards and Templates to enhance design processes and reduce errors.
