St. Louis, MO: Rosemann & Associates, P.C. has hired Nathan Zierer as project architect. Zierer joins the St. Louis location with many years of design and project management experience ranging from the restoration of historic structures to coordinating the design of multi-million-dollar hotels. His passion for historic architecture and neighborhood redevelopment was further refined when he took on his own renovation of a 3-story, 1886 fixer upper in the City of St. Louis.
Zierer is experienced in schematic design through the phases of permit, bidding and construction administration. He has a strong background in project management, material negotiation, NPS & SHPO Application and procedure review. He is proficient in Historic Tax Credits – State and Federal (Missouri and Iowa), ensuring drawings and details conform to the National Parks Service Historic Preservation Briefs. Zierer’s technical training includes AutoCAD, AutoDesk, and Revit.
Outside of work, Zierer engages in real-estate investing, watching his home team football, Chicago Bears, and researching his love of 18th-20th century history. Zierer holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Drury University. He is a registered architect, Missouri 2018, NCARB.
