The official dedication and groundbreaking ceremony held on Wednesday, October 24th launched the start of a new phase of The Valley at the Woodlands, a continuum of care community located in Arnold, Missouri.
Rosemann & Associates, P.C. celebrated this banner day together with key stakeholders, local community dignitaries, current staff and residents of The Woodlands of Arnold, along with the project development team (from left to right, John Garrett – Enterprise Bank, Greg Spence – Riley-Spence Investments, LLC, Vicky Spence – Riley-Spence Investments, LLC, Nancy Rodney – Rosemann & Associates, P.C., Charles Riley – Riley-Spence Investments, LLC, Charles Riley, Jr., – Riley-Spence Investments, LLC, Don Buchmueller – E.M. Harris Construction, and Jarrett Cooper – Rosemann & Associates, P.C.). After the first shovel of ground was turned, everyone enjoyed live music and a reception with food trucks.
This exciting day represented the latest milestone in over a 30-year journey by owners Riley-Spence Investments, LLC to continue to create new opportunities for seniors. Designed by Rosemann & Associates, P.C., the 34,000 square-foot, two-story Assisted Living Center will offer a total of 52 private suites as well as select amenities to enhance resident life.
