Currently pursuing her Master of Architecture at the University of Kansas, Megan brings a dynamic mix of creativity, curiosity, and perspective to the Rosemann team.

With a minor in Environmental Sciences and a Permaculture Design Certificate, Megan is committed to designing spaces that support both people and the planet. - Hands-on design-build experience
Through the Hufft Studio Design Build program with the University of Kansas, she worked directly with teams to bring concepts to life—exploring materials, construction methods, and smart, cost-effective solutions along the way. - Real-world construction insight
Visits to active construction sites give Megan a firsthand appreciation for the process of bringing projects to life. - Strong technical foundation
As a Material Tester Intern with SCI Engineering in St. Louis, Megan conducted lab testing that supports safe, durable infrastructure—strengthening her understanding for the science behind great design. - Leadership + collaboration skills
Megan also served as a Lead Sales Associate at Old Navy, where she trained team members and created engaging customer experiences. Her ability to communicate, adapt, and collaborate makes her a strong addition to any team.
When she’s not hitting the books or working toward her degree, Megan enjoys spending time caring for her growing collection of plants, hiking and the opportunity to be outdoors.
