Modena Cherry Creek
Denver, CODeveloped in partnership with Banner Development and Solera Senior Living, Modena Cherry Creek is 84,000 square feet of space with its distinctive three-story construction design capitalizing on its panoramic views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Modena is tailored to the next generation of seniors with 64 Assisted Living and 32 Memory Care spacious suites, multiple unique floorplans, sophisticated design and amenities, and inspiring indoor and outdoor spaces. Its convenient urban location is just minutes to nearby medical offices, shopping plazas, and a selection of cultural and entertainment venues. Better yet, Modena is located right on the Cherry Creek Trail and only a few steps to Denver Jewish Day School.
Solera Senior Living and Rosemann & Associates, P.C. aspired to re-think the traditional senior housing design language and push the envelope of what senior housing could be. This was accomplished through a sleek, contemporary design, and a heavy focus on natural light with large floor to ceiling windows connecting the interior with the exterior. From the beginning of the design process there was an emphasis to respect the strong presence of the street’s western arcing curve. This provided opportunities of westerly front range mountain views from residential units and common spaces and focused views to the east for uninterrupted sunrises and sunsets.
Modena brings the best in comprehensive new wellness technology including telehealth virtual doctor visits, Path03Gen Solutions UVZone shoe sanitizing station, PopID hands free temperature screening, and electrostatic disinfecting sprayers.
Lifestyle amenities include the casually elegant third floor Creekside lounge, revitalizing yoga center with outdoor terrace, exhibition kitchen, cozy rooftop terrace fireplace, roomy private balconies, and an exceptional fine dining experience created by a master executive chef.
Rosemann joined forces on this venture with owner Solera Senior Living and developer Banner Development, LLC; along with civil engineer, Manhard Consulting; and full service engineering firm, Smith & Boucher.
