Project Manager Kerrie Kannberg, RA, NCARB, LLED AP Celebrates 10-Year Work Anniversary

Please extend a warm congratulations to Kerrie Kannberg, RA, NCARB, LEED AP, on her remarkable 10-year work anniversary! As a project manager, Kerrie consistently demonstrates excellence in overseeing complex project coordination, ensuring everything stays on schedule. Her versatility is evident as she effortlessly transitions from crafting concept studio layouts to engaging in meetings with owners, consultants, and contractors, providing comprehensive oversight for each project.

She is passionate about giving back to her community and has served on the AIA Committee on the Environment, consulted on Architectural Research Methods, and volunteered with the Cleworth Architectural Legacy (CAL) Project, a program by the Denver Architectural Foundation working with public school children.

Kerrie has worked on both public and private projects across the country for more than 20 years. Here are a few of her meticulously executed Rosemann projects.

Breaking New Ground in West Chester Township

West Chester Township, Ohio: Excitement is building in West Chester Township, Ohio, as Kansas City-based NorthPoint Development broke ground on their latest project, Noble Apartments at 6320 Royal Drive. This momentous event, attended by Rosemann & Associates’ Kansas City Studio Director Gabe Vogl, marks a national expansion for the developer and promises to bring a new level of luxury living to the Greater Cincinnati area.

Raleigh, NC: Rosemann & Associates, P.C. is pleased to announce the successful completion of The Mallory in Raleigh, North Carolina. This stunning market-rate multifamily development enhances the city’s architectural landscape boasting a fusion of contemporary design, exceptional amenities, and a vibrant living experience.
