On Thursday, May 28, 2026, industry leaders, preservation advocates, and community partners gathered at The Sheldon in St. Louis to celebrate outstanding examples of restoration, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse throughout the region.

We are especially proud to recognize The New Broadview in East St. Louis, Illinois — a transformational redevelopment project that honors the legacy of the historic Broadview Hotel while creating affordable housing for seniors and veterans.
Rosemann’s architectural team in St. Louis was honored to be part of this remarkable preservation and redevelopment effort.
