Historic Kansas City honored Rosemann with the Excellence Award for its outstanding contributions in the field of historic preservation of Blenheim Elementary School (pictured below), located at 2411 E. 70th Terrace, Kansas City, MO 64132.
Rosemann’s A.J. Dolph was a part of Blenheim’s entire revitalization process from taking field measurements of the blighted structure, to working through the code analysis of an existing building that switched use groups, along with working within the constraints of the building and saving the historic integrity. A.J. said, "Even with unforeseen conditions, the incredible team of professionals, including Sunflower Development Group, Rau Construction Company, Rosin Preservation, Rosemann & Associates, P.C., BC Engineers, Inc., Hoss & Brown Engineers, Inc., Shaw Electric Company, and Taliaferro & Brown, Inc., successfully turned the blighted historical structure into Blenheim Senior Living Apartments, a beautiful affordable housing community of 52 charming studio, 1 and 2- bedroom units for seniors (55+)."
Also commenting on the award, COO Scott Rosemann said, "It is a great honor to receive this recognition and we are pleased that the revitalization of this historical structure will have such a positive impact on the community. It is a true testament to the commitment of the entire project team.“
Congratulations to A.J. Dolph, Scott Rosemann and the entire team at Rosemann's Kansas City Office on receiving the Excellence Award!
