Missouri Workforce Housing Association (MOWHA) announced the appointment of Jarrett R. Cooper to its Board of Directors. Mr. Cooper will serve on the 2020 Directors for a 3-year term. As director, he will attend board meetings; participate in day-to-day governance; recruit new members; and assist as needed with advocacy, policy, media, or other initiatives.

He joins our Board at an exciting time, as our industry continues to advocate for affordable housing policy and to protect the state’s affordable housing incentives."
Mr. Cooper currently serves as Vice President and Director of the St. Louis studio at Rosemann & Associates, P.C., a leading architectural design firm headquartered in Kansas City with offices also in St. Louis, Denver, and Atlanta. Jarrett's rich experience in multi-family, mixed-use development, student living, senior licensed care and historic renovation gives him a broad understanding of how people live at all stages of life. As Studio Director, Jarrett has overseen the design of all projects in Rosemann’s St. Louis office, many of which have received prestigious awards.
