Germantown, TN: Rosemann & Associates, P.C. is pleased to announce the opening of its newest design, HarborChase of Germantown, a luxurious senior licensed care community situated in Memphis’ east upscale suburb near Germantown, Tennessee at 6300 Briarcrest Avenue. This beautifully detailed three-story, Type II-A, 114,500-square-foot building allows many amenities flanking the 37 Memory Care and 86 Assisted Living residences in studio, one, and two-bedroom suite options. The development provides an optimum experience for its seniors in a comfortable and supportive environment with well-appointed courtyards on more than three acres of land, capitalizing on its proximity to medical centers, Regalia Shopping Center, upscale dining, and places of worship.

The entry lobby beckons one to come experience the building further. The highlights of the interior include the second-floor lobby overlook and activities space, coupled with the third-floor chapel and gathering room with ambiance that exceeds expectation. The rich color schemes, lighting fixtures, and well-planned seating allow one to fully relax and enjoy each space.

The Memory Care and Assisted Living wings are designed with their residents in mind. The Memory Care side allows for residents to have a variety of experiences without being overwhelming.
