 Rosemann & Associates celebrates the opening of its newest design, Grand Central at the Junction, an attractive market-rate luxury apartment development at 6101 Grand Central Avenue in Wentzville, located near the I-70 and I-64 exchange in St. Charles County, Missouri.

The design team successfully navigated challenges related to existing underlying zoning, as well as multiple restrictive overlays that greatly affected the final site planning and exterior building aesthetics. Grading challenges were seamlessly absorbed into the design of the buildings to suitably accommodate the required foundation and slab stepping conditions that the site necessitated. A variety of exterior building materials and architectural design features were incorporated to respond to the historic overlay requirements, while enhancing the aesthetics to promote an improved tenant and user experience.

The spacious 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom unit interior sizes range from 751 square feet up to 1,141 square feet. Design accommodations include fully outfitted kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, subway tile backsplashes, cabinet pantry, generous bathrooms including granite countertops with luxury backlit mirrors, walk-in closets and full sized washer and dryers.
