Rosemann & Associates, P.C. is pleased to announce their selection as Architect for the rehabilitation of the Chemical Building, Downtown St. Louis. This historic Chicago School style skyscraper, located at 721 Olive Street, was designed by Henry Ives Cobb in 1896. Standing over sixteen stories tall, its use of bay windows provides spectacular street vistas. With both terra cotta and cast-iron detailing, the Chemical building is a St. Louis gem.

Born and raised in a small town outside of Atlanta, Georgia, Abaan wanted to showcase his creative output at an early age so architecture became the logical solution. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Architecture with Honors at Georgia Institute of Technology in 2011, Abaan began working at Atlanta-based architectural firms for the next five years serving as Project Manager and Project Coordinator for several retail and commercial projects. In May 2016, Abaan returned back to school and is in the process of completing his Master of Architecture degree at Georgia Institute of Technology, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2018.

The Kansas City Business Journal has named the Hotel Indigo and the Fairfax Lofts as one of the 2018 Capstone Honorees for Adaptive Re-Use. The Capstone Award recognizes the most outstanding real estate and development projects in Kansas City that enhance the metro area.


Rosemann & Associates, P.C.  celebrated this holiday season across the country. The adventurous Denver, Colorado team sporting their winter attire decided that three miles of snowshoeing around 6000 acres with a mid-point rest spot at a backcountry yurt was the best way to celebrate! They followed this adventure with lunch at Heck’s Tavern. Don and Scott Rosemann joined Nathan Rosemann and the Denver team on the trek. 

Growing up in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Kyle Campbell, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, became interested in architecture while in high school. During his senior year, he was able to spend a couple of days job shadowing with prominent Nashville architect, Kem Hinton. While there, he participated in various site visits to such prestigious projects as the Frist Center for the Visual Arts as well as the Mount Zion Baptist Church.   

The Village of Belmar located in Lakewood, Colorado has been recognized as one of 26 developments in the country for the 2017 Argentum Senior Living by Design Award as featured in Senior Living Executive Magazine. The Argentum Senior Living by Design Award honors architects, design firms, and senior living providers throughout the country that achieve innovative architecture in senior living communities.

Rosemann & Associates, P.C. has been tapped to lead the architecture and design efforts of the rehabilitation of the 102-year-old historic Longview Mansion in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

An entity of Sunflower Development Group has purchased the property and work is expected to be completed by the fall of 2018. Rau Construction Company will serve as general contractor for the project. Upon completion, this historical treasure will continue to operate as one of Kansas City’s Premier event Facilities. 

 Rosemann & Associates, P.C. design architect and structural engineer for the development, participated in the ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony of The Residences at Jennings Place II, situated in Jennings, Missouri.
