Patty brings a unique blend of administrative expertise, marketing creativity, and client-focused service. As Assistant to Vice President and Marketing Coordinator, she supports the Vice President through daily office operations, marketing initiatives, proposal development, and client engagement efforts. She also creates social media content, blog articles, and marketing presentations that strengthen and promote the Rosemann brand.
Prior to this, Patty began her professional career with Boeing as a Legal Assistant before spending many years with the St. Louis Association of REALTORS®. There, she served as Assistant to the CEO and was Human Resources Coordinator/Benefits Administrator, managing executive schedules, coordinating large-scale meetings and events, administering employee benefits and Cobra compliance, and collaborating closely with leadership and board members at the local, state, and national levels.
