We would like to honor Nathan Rosemann, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP for a decade of outstanding service, during which he has made important contributions to help shape us into an industry leader.
As Denver Studio Director and Vice President, Nathan is involved in all phases of the design process through construction administration for the last ten years. His experience includes affordable and workforce housing, high-end residential, multifamily housing, senior housing, pre-fabricated multifamily housing, high performance building systems, renovations, and virtual integrated project delivery. He is highly self-motivated, disciplined with a rigorous design focus, and actively jumps into complex project challenges to find optimal solutions and save the project and owners time and money. He has extensive experience coordinating and streamlining entitlements, concept programming with operators, State code review across Colorado, and on-site construction administration.
