St. Louis, MO – We are happy to introduce Justin Powell, AIA, as the newest employee at Rosemann St. Louis! Justin joined us in November bringing a wealth of architectural experience and a passion for community-driven design. Holding a Master of Architecture from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a bachelor’s in architectural technology from Ranken Technical College, Justin is a Registered Architect in Missouri, an NCARB certificate holder, an AIA member, and a strong advocate for Missouri Preservation.
With over six years in the architectural field, Justin has a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and using cutting-edge Virtual and Augmented Reality presentations to bring designs to life. As Project Manager, he guides our teams, emphasizing multifamily housing, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, student living, and senior licensed care, ensuring that each project is handled with creativity, precision, and a keen eye for quality and sustainability.
Justin’s dedication to affordable housing speaks to his core belief: everyone deserves a beautiful, functional place to call home. His designs aim to create lasting, positive impacts on the communities he serves.
Additionally, Justin brings over 10 years of experience as an Account Executive in the building materials and construction industry. His deep understanding of client needs, sales strategies, and market trends in the construction sector has helped him bridge the gap between architectural design and the practical aspects of material procurement and project execution.
Outside of work, Justin is a music enthusiast, playing several instruments, and enjoys concerts for inspiration and relaxation. He’s also an outdoorsman, spending his free time hiking, fishing, and exploring with his family—and his two St. Bernards. And here’s a fun fact: Justin is an avid beekeeper, sharing his homegrown honey with the community at a local herbal shop!
Please join us in giving Justin a warm welcome. We look forward to the exceptional work he’ll bring to our projects!
