Today we celebrate an incredible milestone for Rosemann & Associates, P.C. — Nancy Rodney, AIA, LEED AP BD+C reaching 20 years with our firm!
Nancy joined Rosemann on March 16, 2006, bringing with her a passion for design and a deep commitment to creating meaningful communities. She is a trusted leader and specialist in licensed senior living and LIHTC apartment communities.
As a Senior Project Manager, Nancy’s strong understanding of regulatory requirements, building codes, sustainability, and biophilic design has contributed to the success of many projects and clients across the industry. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and former Chair of the U.S. Green Building Council Missouri Gateway Chapter, where she championed sustainable development and helped lead numerous LEED and Enterprise Green Communities projects.
Nancy’s influence extends well beyond project work. She has served as Past President of Commercial Real Estate Women St. Louis, continues to support industry initiatives, and remains passionate about mentoring the next generation of architects—especially women entering the profession.
Nancy shared what inspires her most about her work: “Creating places that are truly home to their occupants fuels my energy and pride in my work.”
Outside of architecture, Nancy also brings a fascinating life perspective—having lived in Saigon, Vietnam, as a young teen before being evacuated during the war—an experience that helped shape her appreciation for culture and community.
