The site also provides 100 parking spaces, including 5 ADA-compliant spots.
Innovative and Sustainable Design
An innovative aspect of the project is the adaptive reuse of an adjacent abandoned water tower, which was recommissioned to provide essential water pressure for the life safety systems—an uncommon and highly sustainable solution. Additionally, the original two-bedroom unit layout was redesigned to give a more open living space that enhances comfort and usability.
