Alton Pointe Apartments

Alton Pointe Apartments is a 100% affordable housing community in
Alton, Illinois, and accessible for lower incomes. Completed in
April 2008, there are 84 units consisting of 10 one-bedroom garden units, 26 two-bedroom garden units, 20 three-bedroom garden units, and 28 two-bedroom
townhouse units.

Each unit includes a variety of amenities, such as washer/dryer hookups,
energy-efficient appliances, neutral décor, and spacious living areas, and was
designed using the universal design principles to provide the most
accessible community possible.

Other amenities include a clubhouse and tot lot, a computer and technology center, and a large multi-purpose room for community events and after-school programs.
