Birkwood Village of Fort Madison brings an extension to and rebranding of the former senior care facility, The Madison. The new extension is a home to residents seeking independent living, assisted living and memory support, while still receiving the compassionate care they desire.
To bring this active community to life, Rosemann & Associates, P.C. joined developer Mark Holtkamp of Solon, Iowa and operator Assisted Living Partners (now HealthCare of Iowa) to create a beautiful design for the community of Fort Madison.
The transformative expansion delivers the best in elegance and comfort with 24 independent and assisted living apartments ranging from studio, 1-and 2-bedroom floor plans, and 12 memory support studio suites. The residences present spacious, open floor plans, with washer and dryer hook-ups, easily accessible bathrooms, as well as a full kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. Apartment sizes range from 349 GSF to 866 GSF.
