Associates, P.C. applied best practices throughout the development to
provide a top-quality senior licensed care design.
The initial site planning and shape of the building were unique with a centralized entry point flanked by two 3-story wings, and a central spine from entry to Assisted
Living and Memory Care zones.
Such arrangement requires special design features for safety as well as license care requirements. Rosemann rectified potential site issues by using rammed aggregate piers for a foundation system as the solution to soil conditions.
The structural crew addressed seismic concerns in the area by using uplift loads. The project utilized needlepoint bipolar ionization in the HVAC system to help provide
cleaner indoor air and reduce the spread of airborne viruses.
