Meadowood Estates I & II features 54 spacious two-bedroom units, including 9 Type-A accessible apartments and 2 HI/VI units, tailored to meet a range of resident needs. The unit sizes, ranging from 890 to 980 gross square feet, are designed for functionality and comfort, incorporating modern amenities to enhance daily living. Each apartment is crafted with seniors in mind, ensuring ease of access and stylish living spaces.
Conveniently situated at 136 Rosewood Circle Drive, Meadowood Estates offers residents proximity to grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, and doctor’s offices. This strategic location enhances the lifestyle of our senior residents, providing them with the conveniences and connections they need to thrive.

Construction for Phase II began in May 2023, with an anticipated completion date of January 2025. Units will soon be available for leasing, offering a fresh start for seniors seeking an independent lifestyle in a welcoming community.

With JES as the owner/developer, Fairway Construction, Inc. as the general contractor, and PKMR Engineers, LLC handling MEP design, the project showcases the combined expertise of all partners involved.
