MorningStar at Fort Collins

Designed to complement the surrounding community, Morningstar at Fort Collins in Fort Collins, Colorado is a 78-unit licensed memory care and assisted living facility. The residential community is comprised of a total of twenty-three (23) memory care units and fifty-five (55) assisted living units. The design goal was to provide a residential environment where the residents thrive.

The memory care units are situated on the first floor connected by a continuous path of travel and include their own dining room, living room and servery. A welcoming outdoor courtyard was created so that the memory care units would have secure spaces for relaxation and connection with nature.  

Assisted living units are located both on the first floor and the second floor of the two story building. The assisted living is comprised of sixteen (16) studio units, twenty-two (22) single units and seventeen (17) double units which allow for a variety of residential options. A large dining room is provide for community activities and dining.

Amenity spaces for the residents include a therapy room, beauty salon, theater/chapel, activities room, exercise, wellness center as well as other space to enhance the lives of the residents.
