MorningStar at The Canyons

MorningStar at The Canyons continues our rewarding partnership with Confluent Senior Living and MorningStar Senior Living bringing luxury senior living housing to the Las Vegas, Nevada market. This project is adjacent to Summerlin, the master-planned community in the Las Vegas Valley of southern Nevada. 

Spanning 196,000 gross square feetacross a 3.67-acre site, this four-story distinctive community delivers 168 units, including 95 independent-living units, 49 assisted-living units, and 24 memory-care units. It also offers a diverse mix of floorplan layouts with inviting common areas and elegant suites.

Contemporary exterior architecture presents stucco and stone accents with wood construction and unique vertical stacking. The stucco undulates to create a rich façade, their colors tying to the surrounding landscape. Many of the units have exterior patios and large windows that encompass the wonderful views around the site. The interiors have high-end modern finishes and a light, yet rich flare. The project serves both aesthetic and a senior program and offers dedicated physical therapy, an exam room, assisted bathing, and a wellness center to provide support to the residents.

The theater, indoor/outdoor fitness area, art room, salon, bistro, and activities rooms on the interior of the building promote an active social life.
