Residents can engage in active lifestyle with a full complement of interior amenities and housing that is conveniently situated near shopping, restaurants, and more.
Parkview Terrace consists of the development and construction of 48 apartment units located in three 16-unit, two-story, slab-on-grade buildings. The project also includes a separate clubhouse building for community use.
This project is being developed and financed utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits issued through the Missouri Housing Development Commission.
