Terra at The Grove, Under Construction

Terra at The Grove is a market rate multifamily urban infill four-story wood frame slab on grade apartment building, anchoring the southwest corner of The Grove, once of St. Louis’ most exciting neighborhood. Its central location is near downtown, Forest Park, St. Louis Zoo, medical developments and many restaurants. Terra is the areas first ever Fitwell-certified building focusing on health living and well-being of the residents.

Originally a set of warehouse industrial buildings, developer Green Street Real Estate Ventures collaborated with Rosemann to transform the space into a vibrant housing option for the area. Terra bring a several unit types with eight unique floor plans, 9′ ceilings, and 307 studio. 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units from which to choose sprawling across 6 acres and approximately 300,000 square feet. Building circulation routes residents through a double loaded corridor configuration that loops a central amenities open courtyard. Units include bed/bath parity and provide in-unit laundry, fully equipped bright kitchens with solid-surface countertops and designer cabinets as well as hardwood flooring and tile bathrooms. Prime amenities include a business center with leasable office spaces, package center, clubhouse, lounge and gathering areas with 2nd floor outdoor terrace, 2-story fitness and yoga/aerobics center, bicycle storage with 100 spaces and repair center, and an expansive courtyard with swimming pool and comfortable hammocks, video patrol, pet washing and play area.
