The Sullivan is a Class A, luxury-multifamily apartment community in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. Developer Mia Rose Holdings, LLC., in partnership with Midas Capital, developed the long-vacant 7.8-acre lot of a former plant nursery at 3230 Technology Drive to bring (5) residential buildings with 60 two-bedroom units and 84 one-bedroom units. The one-bedroom units measure ±831 GSF, while the two-bedroom units average ±1,145 GSF. The community also boasts a a 1 story clubhouse and (2) 10-parking spot garages.

The 144-unit community was designed to deliver exceptional quality with a modern farmhouse high-end appearance across the development. The beautiful exterior showcases brick masonry veneer, cast stone, architectural accents and shingles, and decorative exterior sconce lighting.
