Rosemann’s design integrates open space, durable materials, and resident-focused amenities—such as balconies, walking trails, a fitness room, playground, and community spaces—while pursuing EarthCraft Multifamily certification to deliver energy-efficient, healthy homes that support long-term affordability.
Our Atlanta team, with Eric Moritz, Anne Murigi, Britt Michaels, and John Hundley, is pleased to work closely with our partners to align design intent, constructability, and budget every step of the way.
