Weatherby Ridge is a beautiful independent senior living community for ages 55 and up. It consists of the development and construction of thirty-six (36) senior apartment units located in one (1) four-plex, single story, slab-on-grade wood framed building and four (4) eight-plex, single story, slab-on-grade buildings. The project also includes a separate clubhouse building for community use.

Weatherby Ridge is being developed and financed utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits issued through the Missouri Housing Development Commission.
