Located just steps away from the Plaza District in Kansas City, this adaptive use of the historic Swinney School is an example of the creative capabilities of the Rosemann Team. Now named West Hill, the school has been converted into an upscale multifamily housing utilizing Historic Tax Credits.

The development includes a 4 story new construction component, designed to complement the school building and serves as the primary building to the entire development. The use of traditional materials maintains a connection to the surrounding neighborhood, while massing and innovative detailing bring a contemporary feel to the new building’s exterior. Step inside and find that the interior has preserved the historic elements while incorporating contemporary finishes in the kitchens as well as the baths and amenity spaces.
