
Rosemann & Associates, P.C. is pleased to serve as the architect and structural engineer for Paschal’s Landing, a new-construction, affordable, and workforce housing development in Eudora, Kansas. Located at 10th and Peach Street, it is an important addition to the city’s growing housing needs.
Eudora’s History
The development is named after Paschal Fish (1804–1893), a Shawnee Chief and one of the most influential figures in the history of the Eudora area. By carrying his name, Paschal’s Landing not only delivers much-needed housing but also serves as a meaningful tribute that helps preserve his remarkable legacy.
Project Overview
Paschal’s Landing consists of two split-level walk-up style apartment buildings and one community building—totaling ±43,318 GSF. It is designed with sustainability and wellness at its core, with National Green Building Standard (NGBS) certification. With 36 residential units, the mix includes two and three-bedroom options thoughtfully designed to serve households at various income levels. Apartments are available as standard units, Type A accessible units, and HI/VI units, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all residents. Unit Mix:

Supporting Families and the Community
Situated near the elementary school, Paschal’s Landing provides families with convenient access to education and neighborhood amenities. The project was made possible with low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), which help ensure affordability while also supporting the long-term economic vitality of Eudora.
