ATLANTA, GA – Rosemann & Associates, P.C. is pleased to welcome Brian Betz as an Architectural Designer in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Brian brings more than 10 years of architectural experience across senior living, affordable housing, hospitality, healthcare, office, and mixed-use developments. Before joining Rosemann, he served as an Assistant Project Manager, specializing in senior living and affordable housing projects. His experience spans all phases of design, from planning and construction documentation through construction administration.
Brian earned both a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Clemson University. He is recognized for his technical expertise, proficiency in Revit, and ability to develop practical, high-quality design solutions.
“Brian is a wonderful addition to our Atlanta team as we continue to grow throughout the Southeast and beyond,” said Studio Director John Hundley.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys cycling, golfing, paddleboarding, gardening, attending concerts, and renovating his 100-year-old home. He also competes in a 9-ball pool league and serves as a weekly trivia host at a local sports bar.
